We’re very proud to have produced this bourbon, which is the first whiskey made in New York since Prohibition and the first bourbon to ever be made in the state. The foundation is made with 100% Empire State corn, sourced within 40 miles of the distillery - keeping it local and keeping it green. Our whiskey is aged in casks from 3 gallons to 26 gallons in size and then blended together to reach our unique flavor profile. Baby Bourbon is the perfect introduction to aged whiskey.
